Welcome to the O-Ring Shop!

We are a US-based company that offers both businesses and consumers the most common o-ring materials and sizes at competitive prices in our extensive online shop. We work exclusively with trusted brand manufacturers in order to guarantee high quality and a long service life and import most of our seals from Germany.

We always have more than 400,000 items in stock to keep shipping times as short as possible. Due to the low shipping costs of only $5.90 per order within the United States, individual orders with small purchase quantities are also possible at low cost. Additionally we offer several express shipping options thanks to our new and improved warehouse.

Determining the right o-ring material for the respective application is not always an easy task. If you are not sure exactly which material you need in your case, simply give us a call or send us an email. Depending on the installation location and many other factors (temperature, media resistance, pressure), we can tell you which material will deliver the best results in terms of sealing properties and maximum service life in your specific case.

Important information: We are happy to provide you with a customized quote for orders with more than 500 items, sometimes providing significant savings. Simply contact us via phone or email. We will do our best to answer any inquiries as fast as possible.

Important information: We are currently on vacation until 05/15/2025. From then on customers will be able to purchase our products again.

Viton® O-Rings (FPM 75)

Material overview/properties:

Exceptional resistance to the effects of mineral oils, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons as well as chlorinated hydrocarbons, concentrated and diluted acids, weak alkalis. Excellent temperature resistance from -20°C/-4°F to +204°C/+400°F and high mechanical values place this synthetic rubber far above conventional synthetic rubbers. The very low gas permeability and excellent ageing resistance, combined with a very good compression set, make fluoroelastomers appear almost as an ideal material.

- Excellent temperature resistance
- High chemical stability
- Very good ozone, weather, aging and oxygen resistance
- Excellent resistance to mineral oils and fats
- Low gas permeability
- Very good resistance to non-polar media
- Temperature resistance from -20°C/-4°F to +204°C/+400°F

Resistant to: High temperatures (medium air), mineral oils, vegetable and animal fats, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons, aging and ozone

Not resistant to: Brake fluids, highly polar solvents, acetone, caustic potash, acetic acid and chlorobenzene

NBR O-Rings (NBR 70)

Material overview/properties:

This synthetic rubber is extremely resistant to the effects of fuels and oils, particularly hydraulic oils, lubricating greases, as well as other aliphatic hydrocarbons, acids and alkalis. Good physical properties such as high abrasion and stability resistance and a favorable temperature resistance from -20°C/-4°F to +100°C/+212°F ensure that this rubber has a wide range of applications.

- Good temperature resistance
- High chemical stability
- Excellent resistance to mineral oils and fats
- Low gas permeability
- Temperature resistance from -20°C/-4°F to +100°C/+212°F

Resistant to: Gasoline, mineral oils and fats, light heating oil, propane, butane, aliphatic hydrocarbons

Not resistant to: Unleaded fuels with high aromatic content, benzene, acetone, brake fluid, ozone

EPDM O-Rings (EPDM 70)

Material overview/properties:

Sulfur cured EPDM seals have very good ozone, aging and weather resistance. Another area of application for this rubber is where the seal used has to be highly resistant to hot water and steam. The cold resistance can be described as good compared to the usual synthetic rubber types. The behavior against oils, greases and solvents is roughly equivalent to that of butadiene-styrene rubber (SBR). The chemical resistance, including against oxidizing agents, is very good. Strong swelling in aliphatic, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons. Temperature range from -40°C/-40°F to +100°C/+212°F.

- Good temperature resistance
- High chemical stability
- Very good ozone, weather, aging and oxygen resistance
- Excellent resistance to acids, alkalis and polar solvents
- Low gas permeability
- Temperature resistance from -40°C/-40°F to +100°C/+212°F

Resistant to: Brake fluids, various acids and alkalis, hot water and steam, aging and ozone

Not resistant to: Mineral oils and fats, natural gas, linoleic acid, hexane and gas oil
